Healthiest types of fish?

I eat tilapia almost daily instead but I have heard that it's not the healthiest choice of fish. I always choose it because of its mild flavor and because it is so fast/easy to prepare. I'm always reading about the health benefits of salmon but I just can't bring myself to like it. Any reccommendations for fish that are mild, quick and healthy? I always see so many types at the store but never know what to try.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I hate seafood of any sort so the only thing I eat are Tilapia and Cod. Salmon on occasion0

Swai is also a mild fish that is reasonably priced. Other good ones are mahi mahi and orange roughy. Halibut is a lovely mild fish that is firm and the steaks are thicker than the tilapia or others, it is quite pricey though. These are all mild tasting, I hate strong flavored fish, and I can eat all of these and enjoy them.0
