Meal ideas

What meals are people finding the most enjoyable that are high in protein and low in carbs, my diet is starting to become stale and boring, any advice would be much appreciated

  • I have a meal I make at least once a week that gives me 295 calories, 28 carbs, 3 fats and 37 proteins. It fills me up and I feel great after I eat. Is that what you are looking for?
