I am game!!! Can't wait to start Monday. I am actually trying to keep it lite for this weekend to give me a jumpstart on Monday. I am avoiding processed foods and sugary treats. I am sticking to drinking two Shakeology drinks (Breakfast and dinner)...for lunch I am going to have a nice salad with chicken breast.diced up egg, turkey bacon bits, and greens with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. The same will go for tomorrow...then on Monday I will be upping my carb level and calorie level. I want to stay between 1200 and 1450 during these 5 weeks. I plan on doing Focus T25 Alpha then after the 5 weeks continuing with T25 Beta along with a Chalean extreme hybrid. What is everyone's plan for these 5 weeks?0
