im new here my name is chrystal i have been over weight all my life. i went on a yoyo diet when i was a teen went from 196 to 130 in a year. now im at my heaviest i ever been at almost 240lbs . and im disgusted with my weight. on top of my weight issues i have health issues pcos and type 2 diabetes. i decided im going to join weight watchers this coming year for myself. i just got married this past summer 08/27/2010 and honestly was embarrassed cause my worst fear came true i was a plus size bride. my goal weight is 114 i did a average bmi and it said my weight should be between 114-135. i have a really long journey ahead of me . luckily i have a amazing husband who supports me in what i want to do. i have been putting off joining weight watchers cause i thought it be like all the other diets out there. but the more i learned and heard about it the more i knew it be right for me.
with the holidays right around the corner its so hard to say no to dessert its like when you have this craving for something sweet and the craving wont go away intill you satisfy it. even when i was thin before i had a hard time maintaining my weightloss. could really use some support. cause my dad thinks joining weight watchers is a waste of time and money.

I know what you mean about the holidays. It is a really hard time to be healthy. It is so smart of you to start Weight Watchers before the holidays. It is so easy to say, "next year" and I think giving yourself the gift of Weight Watchers is a wonderful idea! Good luck with your weight loss goals!0
