HI,
Can someone please look over my food/calorie diary and attempt to show me where i am going wrong?
I just cant seem to lose anything. I am exercising and have tried to reduce my calorie intake to 1000 per day but that didnt work either.
I welcome any advice given.
Thanks

Its saying your diary is private0

you might not be eating enough, 1000 cals per day isn't really very much, especially if you're excercising.0

There's three different explanations. You're either eating more than you think, you're either overestimating calories burned through working out, or you're retaining water.......or all three.
1000 calories is not enough for a child to eat, so why would you FOOLISHLY think that's enough for an adult to eat? Don't starve yourself.0 -
I havent lost an ounce either but my body fat percentage has gone down and my clothes are getting looser. If you are exercising muscle is heavier than fat so try not to worry about it so much0

Why in the heck would you eat 1,000 calories a day. As a male, you can lose weight on 1,800 to 2,000 calories a day, if not more, especially if you exercise.
However, if you are not losing weight, you are eating more than you realize. Your diary is not open.0 -
Your diary is not open, but:

2. If you aren't already using one, get and use a food scale. Weigh all solids. Measuring cups/spoons are not accurate:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVjWPclrWVY
