So I am 298 calories over my daily goal....grrrrrr. Went Christmas shopping and ate at Red Robin. Which I guess 298 isn't that bad when eating at Red Robin. Haha. Anyway, I need to do some cardio at home tonight...as in right now. Any good suggestions how to burn at least 300 calories without going to the gym? Thanks!!

yup, i do it at home everyday. Pop in any at home dvd's! I do 30DS, hip hop abs, or i get on the wii fit plus or biggest loser on wii. Quick and easy. Running up and down stairs even for 10 minutes burns a lot of calories as well.0

go for a 30 minutes run or some 1-2 hs power walking0

Grab your ipod and run up and down stairs if you have any. Sometimes I use just the bottom 4 steps of my staircase and do various step ups and lunges- sometimes up one step, sometimes 2, sometimes, 3, sometimes really fast.....
it's a great workout.0 -
Ipod and jump rope. If you don't have a jump rope just do the hand motions. Torches calories and you don't need alot of room. Just a great sports bra.0

LOL, I was in the same position the other night! I was over my calories but I was able to burn them off. I did circuit training, jumping jacks and my stair steppers. It was crazy because I was thinking to myself, how in the heck could I do that to myself! Glad to hear I am not the only! Thanks for the encouragement! Hang in there!0
