I've been here before but failed miserably, not this time! I'm walking 30 minutes 4-7 days a week and doing 1200 calories every day, working great finally. I drink 0 calorie drinks and I avoid oils, condiments, dressing, and sauces, I can actually just eat a meal using spices and it still comes out just as tasty. The change in calories in amazing, I don't count calories until the end of the day because of how low calorie each meal is without the four things I gave up and I still come out around 1200. :) If anyone would like a buddy, let me know!

    Good job! Your post is encouraging. I signed up to this site, but never actually looked at it...am hoping that will get motivated this time around. You seem to have no trouble with the 1200 cal day, do you eat them throughout the day, or mostly in the evening? That's when I'm really hungry and bored, is night time.

    Anyway, keep up the good work!
