Any suggestions on kickboxing?

I am stationed in Germany with my husband and I don't have a car most of the time and the closest gym is 20 min away if I take the highway which is the only way to get there. Does any have suggestions on a kickboxing video or routine that they enjoy?

I want to start doing it again but I am just lost on where to start. I took classes back in the states but that was years ago.

I recommend Ilaria Montagnani Powerstrike/Kickboxing DVDs, Amy Bento (Ross) Kickbox Xtreme and Kickbox Surge (I don't like Body Box as well, but it is an option), and Susan Chung's Rapid Fire DVDs. I feel like their form is excellent, and teaching ability high.

Some people really like Cathe Freidrich's Kick Max and Kick, Punch, Crunch DVDs, but they don't get nearly as many plays (as the ones I recommended above) in *my* DVD player.

I've several other, highly forgettable Kickboxing workouts that I might as well toss since I don't use them! :)

Go on YouTube and look up Fitness Blender Kickboxing or Tae Bo. It will give you some options to try. I tend to get a lot of my workouts on YouTube.

I've used the fitness blender kickboxing videos and Jillian Michaels has one on youtube as well. I don't have a ton of kickboxing experience so maybe there are better ones, but I got a pretty decent work out with those!
