Deadlifts, once I'm up over 300 pounds. By the time I'm done, my body is completely done and I'm shaking head to toe. Can't wait to build back up to my max again from this deload for that feeling0

I'll second the deadlifts. What I'm lifting is pretty weak right now but there's still no workout like them. Squats are the next closest.0
