Hey mfp, I got a question!
Which one is healthier? a normal pizza with ham and cheese or a sandwich with normal bread with cheese and ham?

I would guess the sandwich is healthier. But a homemade pizza can be healthier than the sandwich. What happens if you put the same amount (say 100g) into your diary? It should show you the calorie difference.0

Off the top of my head I would say sandwich is better for you. But it really depends on a lot of factors. How big of a pizza? How much ham are you putting on that sandwich? Is there any mayo/mustard? Things like that really add up...0

Side by side, all things considered, and assuming the same amount of calories for each, I'd go for the sandwich. Pizza will make me turn into a fiend that can't leave it alone. :P Health wise? Idk, prolly the pizza there's a tomato. lol0

'Healthier' is a personal definition depending on your specific goals. What is a normal pizza for you? What is normal bread for you? Break each down into items and add in item by item and see how they fit into your macro goals. There are several different kinds of crust, and several different kinds of bread. Same goes for pizza sauce, and whether you use mayo or butter or mustard, or whatever. Mozzarella is one kind of cheese, and how much is one the pizza? What kind of cheese are you putting on the sandwich, and how much? How much of what kind of ham on each? Finally, how much pizza are you eating?0 -
