Tweak not Twerk

I'm ready to make the change - or is it make A change? Regardless, I've tried everything and done every fad diet - they work for a time period but nothing sticks. I have recently gotten the fitbit and am logging back into MFP to sync the two together. It's interesting to see how lazy a person really is - interesting and yet, incredibly pathetic. HA - I took the first week to see what I do and don't do just living the way I had been and now that I know, it's time to tweak things - note, I said TWEAK not TWERK! ha ha - :laugh:

I want friends - I want to increase my "audience" and help encourage and be encouraged. I've done it before and I've just become lazy and unmotivated. I'm approaching the big 4-0 - hang on please while I wipe the tears off the keyboard - and I'm thinking it's time to grow up!

    Sounds like me! South Beach and Sugar Busters and all kinds of things! I never stuck to anything. I'm thinking about getting the Bodymedia to help with the calorie count. You can do it! I hope your week is awesome.
