Hi everyone! Im starting to need some more motivation as im still platueing. Im on everyday, exercise 4-6 times a week, taking a paleo/primal approach way of eatting, a wedding and starting school again. I have lost 65lbs over the last three years (steady flux of +/- 5 lbs for the last year) and around 40lbs to lose. I love to find new things to try; be it in the kitchen, outside, or in the gym.
