Best Low Sodium Salsa

I never realized the amount of sodium in some salsas! I would like to avoid the "bloat" but salsa is one of my favorite go-to's for a lot of my dishes. I know making fresh salsa is probably my best option but I have to admit sometimes I am lazy and just want to grab and go. What is the best pre-made salsa you have found that is not totally loaded with sodium?

In for the responses.
My favorite is Tostitos restaurant style salsa. It has 210mg.0 -
I could eat Salsa everyday.... I've been on the hunt for a low sodium as well, and I finally came across some this past weekend at my local Farmer's Market. It's basically the same as homemade without all the extra unwanted preservatives and hassle of having to make it yourself. It's about twice the price as store bought but to me it's worth it. Just a thought..Good luck!0

I found one the other day at the food coop, but I found also that you can buy it in other stores. It is a local producer. The one I found is "Screamin Mimi's Sweet Hot Salsa" (also available in hotter and hottest) with 25 cal and only 15mg of Sodium in a 2 tablespoon serving. This is Kentucky local. I found one or two other which I did not think were as good. So maybe try the farmer's market or any local food coop...0

Walmart's Marketside salsa is pretty low in sodium I believe. It tastes very fresh!!0

Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Tomato is a good one.0

Another one I found is Clint's Texas Salsa. It sells at Wal-Mart and other chains. It's 75 mg but it's great and is more like a true salsa than some of the others, which seem to be like Pico de Gallo (to me, anyway). Never gave chips and salsa much thought until I couldn't have them. The frustrating thing was that most chips are about 120 - 140 mg of sodium for 6 or 7. Old Dutch Blue Corn Tortilla Chips are about 75mg for 13. Just enough to get my craving taken care of.0

I grow and make my own during the summer and can it for enjoying over the winter months. If you have a food chopper, it's very simple to make your own.0
