Looking for some ideas

Hi! I am wondering what are some good exercise routines for losing weight and burning fat?

I am doing exercises right now, but I was wanting some new ideas for when the exercises I'm doing now get boring and won't be fun anymore. I will definitely still use the exercises I'm doing now, but I like to switch it up a bit and keep it fresh.

    HIIT intervals and lifting heavy weights kept exercise interesting fir me x
  • I just started ripped in 30 by jillian michaels 4 weeks with different workout each week. its pretty good. what kind of stuff are you doing now?

    If you tell us what exercises you're currently doing, we'll be able to A) know what you consider to be fun (everyone's different), B) know what fitness level you're at (again, everyone's different), and C) tell you exercises that won't be the same as what you're currently doing.
  • I have been doing some Richard Simmons tapes and Leslie Sansone tapes.
  • They are considered aerobic and low impact aerobic, if you wanted to know.

    Check out You Tube, there are a ton of free videos. Kettlebell is lots of fun!
