Or you can season it and make it in to patties for turkey burgers0 -
Turkey burgers are awesome.
This is my go-to recipe:

I play with it a little sometimes, adding some Worcester sauce or other finely grated veggies I have laying around (carrots, peppers) and they always turn out delicious.0 -
Anything you used to make with ground beef, you can make with ground turkey. Throw in a dash of Worcestershire sauce and most won't even realize you didn't use beef. Mince up a bit of onion and zucchini and you have an even healthier dish. I use it for spaghetti, tacos, meatloaf, burgers, "Hamburger" Helper, casseroles.. anything.0

-Thai turkey burgers.
-Turkey is also really good in Chinese dumplings- they are virtually fat free.
-Spaghetti bolognese
-Baked turkey sausages
-Make into mini spicy meatballs and add to pizza toppings0 -
I make curry flavor turkey meat balls and eat it with mango chutney.0

I use lean ground turkey for everything: lasagna, meatloaf, fajitas, meatballs, spaghetti, chili, casseroles, tacos, enchiladas, burritos , hamburgers, etc. Basically whatever you cook with ground beef you can still cook substituting ground turkey!0

The skinnytaste turkey meatloaf and turkey stuffed peppers are delicious!0

make a turkey casserole or turkey enchiladas0

It works surprisingly well in chili too.0

I use it all the time, hardly eat beef anymore. I will say you need to season it up as it is very bland. I also use ground chicken a lot which is just as versatile. Google ground turkey recipes, or search it on Pinterest if you have that.
- turkey, spinach & feta meat balls
- turkey meatloaf
- turkey sloppy joe's
- turkey scrambled with mushrooms and eggs
- turkey burgers
I commend you for stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something new!!0 -
I never use ground beef anymore. I use ground turkey for everything that I used to use ground beef in. My very favorite soup now is Rustic Italian Tortellini made with the Italian turkey sausage. It is delicious!0

My current fav is this recipe for turkey stuffed bell peppers. It uses red instead of green and they're so much better.

I only use ground turkey. I've made: turkey tacos/salads, turkey meatballs, turkey burgers, turkey stuffed peppers, turkey chili, turkey meatloaf... to name a few. You can pretty much put ground turkey in place of any ground beef.
