I have 7.6lbs left to loose and I really need some friends with diet & excersise tips.

    Welcome to friend me, I'm relatively good at logging and my mapmyrun account is linked to the myfitnesspal so most of my running/walking gets logged.
    My calories are quite high at the moment because I'm training for a marathon.

    I think my diary is open, feel free to take a look.
    You'll see I tend to eat quite similar foods in a sort of weekly rotation... And you'll see I often indulge in some treats ;)
    Also, I am currently trying to eat more calories (trying to put on some more muscles), which explains why I often exceed my daily goal.

    Not much left to lose then. I would be sure to set yourself to lose no more than a pound a week for that last bit.
