How do you log exercise tapes

I am new so sorry if this is a dumbe question. I have toning tapes that work on strengthening. They don't appear to be cardio but I have no idea how to log them under strengthening. Do I have to count all of the reps of each exercise and log them separately? Any help/ suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I have used several video workouts in the past and is why i purchased a Heart rate monitor so no matter the workout i can have an accurate/true approximate of how many calories you burned.
For my Zumba, MFP might recommend 300 burned calories, but my.HRM will tell me that depending on the effort it was 280 or 340 for the day.

    Good luck with your progress

    Try low impact cardio

I agree with above...I bought a HRM for this purpose. I wanted to know how much I was burning while doing the Jillian DVDs. Then I just log it as a general label as ripped in 30 or 30DS and input the calories from my HRM.
