What am I doing wrong?!?!?!?!

I went from 286lbs to 246lbs just with diet. Then I started going to the gym and using this site and FitBit. I do low impact aerobics M-W-F cardio and strength training 6 days a week. The first 3 weeks I wasn't using this or fitbit and lost 13lbs. The past 4 weeks I've been using this and fitbit together and the first 2 weeks lost nothing and this week went up 3lbs. I have the negative cal on for fitbit and I always end the day 500 to 1500 cal left over. The more I workout, the more my cal goes up, but I don't max out the cal intake all the time. Every night I end the day it says I will be 10lbs sometimes 20lbs less in 5 weeks. So why am I not losing and now going up?

    Yah no

Is this new exercise? if it is you are probably retaining water/glycogen to help repair the muscles.

YOu should be eating back some of your exercise caloreis..50-75% to fuel your next workout and aid in the repair of the muscle.

Only other thing would be you are eating more than you think....do you use a kitchen scale to weigh your food?
