Month 2 of P90X3 Progress Pics!

Hi everyone! I am still a work in progress but here's a little motivation for those of you that are starting out, are on the middle or are losing motivation. I am a mom of 3 boys who started P90X3 after a knee injury and gained 15lbs. I am an Online Fitness Coach who loves to help people, motivate and inspire. I am on my 2nd week of my 3rd month. I only have 2 weeks left of the program and then I will be starting a new challange. I'm doing the 21day fix program. Incase anyone wants to join or needs a little motivation you can always inbox me. The hardest part of this program was eating clean again. It wasn't easy but it takes just 30days to pick up new habits.

    Doing great. You can definately see the progress. Eating better is definately harder than working out for me. I enjoy the workouts and sometimes struggle with eating clean, controlling portions or sometimes just avoiding junk.

    Thanks! Oh absolutely! Clean eating is the hardest. But once you get it al out of your system your body no longer craves it and it gets easier. :smile:

    You look great! Be careful about advertising you are a BBC, it's against the forum rules and some people have gotten really nasty about it. Keep up the hard work, it's paying off big time!!
