    I'm trying to lose at least 10 pounds by my wedding in July. I guess I don't really mind the weight per se, rather than look good in my dress. I'm at a healthy BMI, but I want to be fit and toned. Right now I'm just flabby... not so great.

    Hi! I'm trying to lose a stone and a half / 20lbs by summer! I've let myself go over the past two years and put on two stone! I don't know how it's happened but I'd love to get my figure back! I feel so big next to my 3 size 6/8 best friends but mainly I want to do it for myself!

    Anyone else trying to shift pounds for summer?

    I've lost about 55 pounds since last May. Hoping to lose another 10-15 by early June and reach 125 pounds, which I think will be my ultimate goal weight. My progress has been nice and steady for the most part; I haven't ever really plateaued for more than a week or two, which makes me very lucky, I know. Here's hoping it'll keep going!

    Yeah, me too. I'm pretty good about working out, tho' I'd rather sit on the couch. The eating is the hardest part. Could use some real-life tips & motivation.

    I'm hoping to start switching over to maintenance early August, about 4.5 months away. I'm also hoping that I can shed about 15 ish pounds by early June.

    Hi there,

    I am trying to lose 25 pounds, have lost 5 already with another 20 to go.

    I've started to portion control - eat 3 solid meals a day with 2 snacks (usually fruit) and drink 8 glasses of water.
    Next will I will start to exercise 3 times a week, 45 minutes per session. I am going to start with light cardio (walking) and slowly build up from there on.

    Same here! I'm 4'11" which means my ideal weight should range around 110-115 pounds. My goal is to loose at least 20 pounds (doesn't hurt to lose 25 :P ) so I can tone down and also so I can get the flat stomach I used to have in high school. :laugh:

    Hi everyone, I've recently committed myself to losing at least 10lbs. I have never gone on a diet, and even though I don't consider what I'm doing dieting, it's still a little difficult. I gained the weight over the course of a year, after moving in with my now-fiance. Diabetes runs in my family, so I want to prevent it.   • My goal is to lose 20 pounds. I have been married almost 2 years and during that time I have gained over 20 pounds. Exercising is almost nonexistent for me at this point, but I'm planning to change that starting today! I have been having severe lower back pain and I think all the fat I've put on in my belly is my biggest problem with my back. I haven't been happy with myself when I look in the mirror for a while now, but I just kept putting off getting serious about doing anything about it. I'm not very self motivated and I find myself saying "ahh, it's okay I'll walk tomorrow", but the thing is, tomorrow never comes because there is always a tomorrow. I know my goal is fairly high to start out with, but I would like to at least lose 5 pounds in the next month and keep it off. I think 5 pounds would really make a difference in my appearance. Anyone is welcome to add me. I welcome support from others and I am better at supporting others than at supporting myself.

    Hi everyone,

    Ideally I want to lose 20lbs but truly aiming for at least 10-15! Although to some it may just be 10lbs it seems like the hardest thing to do. I would love new friends for support and ideas, so please feel free to add me! I'm 21 and in college-- still have to eat at the dining hall so its hard to make good decisions plus, hard on the weekends with going out and drinking with friends. So any advice and support is welcome.
