Hey guys, I'm Marisa and I've been using Myfitnesspal on and off for over a year now. Im 17 years old, 5'5" and my starting weight was 146.I just recently started using it daily, as well as working out almost 7 days a week. What motivated me to lose weight was that I'm going to Florida in a couple days, so I wanted to have a "bikini ready" body. Now I don't just want it for that. So far I've lost about 7 pounds in a little over a month, making my current weight 139. I plan to keep up with my healthy lifestyle even after my vacation. I just really need as much support as I can get to keep me motivated! I've done a pretty good job doing it all on my own with no one pushing me, but I don't know how much longer it will last so everyone please add me! I would really like some feedback

You're doing great and staying healthy is really the most important thing. 7 pounds so far is a great accomplishment and 139 is not a bad weight for your height either, so don't go too crazy0
