Hi all, I've been on here for the past 35 days and am looking for anyone dealing with menopause and finding it difficult to lose, even though you are eating within your calories and exercising. Looking for any tips you may have. It's quite the challenge.

My only advice is keep watching your calories and exercise. I'm finished now and the weight is coming off. I too also had the same problem. I was dieting and at the gym everyday and never lost a pound but I probably could have gained a ton more but I didn't. It is very frustrating but I promise you when you are done it will drop off. It's started to come off now but I was at the point that it was very hard going to the gym. I wish you luck.0
