    Congrats of completing your first 5K and best luck on your next race.

    I've got a pretty similar weight loss journey. I'm 5'7" and started at 205 lbs, currently 183 lbs, goal weight 155 lbs. It's taking me longer than I hoped it would, but my body will get there eventually.
