Hi re joined mfp today avnt been on for a year and I need to lose weight for a holiday in may.anyone done really well on this, has it helped you lose weight?

    Hi Kaylee. Yes MFP has been very beneficial for me. I think it really helps if you add friends who can be supportive and it also helps to be able to return the support.

    keeping track of calories helps. whether you do it here or in a food journal, or however you choose to do it, it's beneficial. MFP guarantees you keep yourself accountable if you keep your diary open and add friends :)
