    Find the spot that irritating you, then get an old t-shirt and cut out enough material to make a shoulder strap out of it.

    You can use superglue or cloth glue/tape and make a quick n simple shoulder strap for it.

    I've done that for a messenger bag I used to carry around, also for an old dj record bag.
