I need a program/training schedule!

I find I do better when I have something I'm training for, or a set plan to follow. I just wrapped up my first 1/2 and am looking for suggestions on what to start next.
I tend to prefer cardio, and would like to keep up with the running and make improvements there. My initial inclination is to train for a sub 2-hr 1/2 marathon, but I am a bit cached on running right now, so a 6 or more week break from that to shift to something else would be fine.
I do have a gym membership, but probably won't keep it - too inconvenient with my schedule. I have basic dumbells at home and would consider a small investment in other equipment if needed. I've considered a lifting program, but they honestly intimidate me.
So, what programs/training schedules might you recommend? Thanks!

If I did a half I'd wanna do a full rather than a faster half. Theres plenty of training schedules and they really depend on your athletic ability. Strength training will help your speed as will intervals.0

Don't be afraid of strength training, it's amazing what it will do your body and there are so many programs out there for women. Just do you and do the best you you can do! If you prefer cardio you could always invest in the workout videos like Insanity or T25 for however many weeks until you're ready to get back to running. Congrats to you by the way for completing a 1/2! Keep up the good work!0
