For me (I am gluten-free and eating between 1300-1600 calories a day):
Breakfast: 1 cup mixed veggies sautéed in 1/2 tbsp butter and then scrambled with two eggs
Snack: clementines, plums, sunflower seed kernels, almonds, 1 oz. cheese if you have the calories to afford it, a turkey roll-up (2 slices turkey meat rolled up around 1 slice cheese or 1 tbsp hummus and I like to add a little hot sauce), hummus and veggies
Lunch: Soup or Salad usually- but not Campbell's, way too much sodium. I like to make my own soup at home but you may or may not have time for that. Sometimes I'll just eat healthy snacks throughout the day and not sit down for one large meal for lunch.
Dinner: A 4 oz. piece of meat and 1-2 cups veggies lightly sautéed, steamed or raw is always a safe choice. That includes salads. I get bored with that so I like to make chili, tacos (corn tortillas!), shrimp or chicken and rice with 1 cup veggies, cheeseburger patties and a salad, a wrap without too many condiments, enchiladas (use chicken, very little cheese, corn tortillas, no sour cream and these can be perfectly healthy), and sometimes vegetarian options like rice and beans or a vegetable plate.
To curb cravings at night I drink a cup of warm Sleepytime tea with 1/2 a tablespoon honey.
Hope that helps0
