Ok guys I was getting good at downing the ice water until it got cold outside now all I want is coffee and cappuccino's which are really bad since they have caffinee and sugar in them. So what should I drink to keep my water intake up? Would love any of your suggestions or tricks.

Try some tea. It makes you warm and toasty in this weather and can be zero cal. If you are craving something tasty try a black tea with a bit of cinnamon flavored honey in it.0

Herbal tea. It's warm and if you get something that's already very flavorful like a berry tea or lemony green teas you don't have to add anything to them. Many teas also come caffeine free. I count them as water intake because basically all I am doing is adding flavor, not calories, to water.0

I always drink my water at room temp - I find it easier to drink that way. For something warm, an herbal tea is always nice!0

You can find some nice herbals teas, and low fat hot chocolate drinks. Don't deprive yourself of your cappuccinos but keep it all in moderation.
you could also try adding some Crystal Lite or things like that to your water. Warm water is actually better for your digestion than ice cold water.0 -
I drink alot of tea these days. i've strayed away from coffee because I cant just drink it black and i'd rather not add those calories in! I found a vanilla chai that I adore! just go to the store, pick out something that sounds interesting and try it! they have so many flavors now with lipton which is what i drink now. I also like the regular tea with lemon.0

I drink alot of hot tea during the day(green or chai brewed) I also do not drink cold water in the winter I drink my water room temp. That helps alot.0

Like others have said, I drink my water at room temperature. And to fight those coffee/cappuccino cravings, try some of the 100 calorie cappuccino mixes they have out there. Hills Bros. has a fat-free french vanilla that is only 100 calories for 3 tablespoons (which makes 1 8 oz cup full). It's not the lowest in carbs (23 grams) but it's a nice treat once in a while.0

I'm with everyone else. Black tea is my favorite (plain or cinnamon flavored)0

Don't put ice in your water and let it sit out and get to room temp. Then chug away.0

Why look at solutions in substitutes, have lukewarm water, feels great to have in cold weather & keeps the calorie burning machine in you running.0

Peppermint tea is really mild and tasty, and it freshens your breath! What more can you ask for?0

Boiled water with a squeeze of lemon is good. And I'm with the room temperature water people...takes a while to get used to, but it goes down fast and easy!0
