New and looking for advice

Hi all, few details - Rick, age 35, 6'4 and currently 316 lb.

I have been doing the whole calorie counting thing for a few weeks now, currently 7lb's lost in total.

My calorie goal per day is 2080 but I also go on the wii fit each day and do 300-400 calories on that. Do I therefore HAVE to eat (say I do 300 on the wii) 2380 or could I still just have 2080 and benefit from it.

Any help, advice or reply appreciated.

    No great expert but seems to me that lots of people using mfp data eat about 50% of their exercise calories back. Welcome by the way and good luck - you're doing well so far.

    As long as what your eating is healthy and clean choices you will be good! If your still eating what you want I would for sure count calories just makes smart healthy choices!
