I am looking for ideas for a snack I can keep in my drawer at work?
I have the usual almonds, trail mix, protein ball but what I always crave is wine gums or hard candy... Any idea what I could have??

Werther's sugar less hard candies. Love 'em. I believe Jolly Rancher also makes sugar less hard candies if you're wanting fruity.0

Dried fruit is an awesome substitute for gummy candy, especially things like apricots and dates. The texture is kind of similar0

OS trim beef and elk sticks...yum0

Popcorn
PB2
Freeze dried veggies like edamame or wasabi peas; super salty...have some water on hand too!0 -
Lara bars! (my favorite is chocolate chip cookie)
They also have fruit flavors like cherry pie, apple pie, which might help with your fruity sweet craving0 -
My desk drawer includes hot chocolate (80 calories) for my sweet tooth. Starkist tuna creations for protein, Emerald peanut butter and jelly flavored nuts and 100 calorie popcorn.0

I keep a bag of Dove dark chocolate in my desk. After lunch, I eat one piece. At one point during the week, I log a full serving of it, which is 5 pieces. Having that piece of chocolate helps satisfy my sweet tooth, and tells me "it's time to be done eating for a while."
I have a box of instant oatmeal. One packet is around 130 calories and is great if I am still hungry before lunch.
My favorite afternoon work snack is to buy the 100 calorie cups of guacamole, the small snack sized bag of baby carrots, and maybe the individual sized bags of Stacy's pita chips!
I don't really ever want gum/hard candy, so I can't speak to that!0 -
I really love trail mix (no chocolate, gross!) to snack on at work- but I'm beginning to think that the nuts make me bloat. Any suggestions for a salty snack I can keep at work??0

I keep a bag of trail mix that has almonds, sun flower seeds and cranberries in it. It's really addicting. lol
I also bring fruit every day. Sometimes I eat it and sometimes I don't. Just depends on my mood.
I always have sugar-free gum with me. It really helps me not snack constantly.
Last but not least, I have a thing of black cherry mio in my desk. I rarely use it but it really helps when i start craving sweets.0
