I've got to save this here - for my chip addiction! I certainly didn't measure the spices - just sprinkled over all.

Spicy Baked Pita Chips

Bake these up to 3 days in advance and store in an air tight container.

6 (6-in) pitas (I didn't have pita - used tortillas!)
Cooking spray
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper

* Preheat oven to 350.
* Cut each pita in 8 wedges. Arrange in single lawyer on pan coated with cooking spray. Lightly coat wedges with cooking spray. Sprinkle salt & remaining ingredients over chips. Bake @ 350 for 13 mins or until crisp and golden brown.

Yield: 32 servings; 3 chips.
Calories: 30; fat: 0. Protein 13. Fiber: 0.2. Sodium 59 mg.

Serve with some healthy salsa. Yummy - heading to kitchen.

    I was shopping at walmart last night, looking for the flat out bread so I could use it to make these chips... Couldnt find the flat out bread BUT came across Joseph's Flax Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Bread Low Crab Wrap. They are only 50 calories for half of a lavish and that is even a pretty big portion! I bought them and I am going to try and make some spicy baked chips with them today! Will let everyone know how they turn out!
