Lost 25 pounds so far another 25 to go !!!!!!!

Started my journey at 210 pounds and have proudly lost 25 pounds, my current weight is 185 pounds and struggling to push the next 25 pounds. I exercise regular and eat as healthy as possible, any ideas how I could push it that little bit further. Would love to be be my goal weight of 160 pounds :) MyFitnessPal: Denequab13

    Just keep doing what you're doing. Sounds like you've done great so far! Drink lots of water! You'll see 160 : )

    Time to set a goal...meaning REWARD. What would really push you to keep going and keep yourself motivated. Great Job!

    Also I am doing Dietbet. Where you put money in a pot to lose 4% in 4 weeks. Winners split the pot. I am currently doing 2 of them.
