Hi, I'm a 26 yr old female looking to lose about 25-30lbs of pregnancy weight and to tone up all around (especially tummy area).
I usually eat healthy but not getting enough calories. I don't digest dairy or wheat that well and meat and fish usually make me sick after eating it. So I basically eat fruit and veggies and garbonzo beans, unsalted/unsweetened peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, and lentils for protein. If anyone has any good recipes that include veggies are fruit, please send them my way :)

    Hey love, welcome to MFP!

Curious, how do you cook your garbonzo beans?

Hi tgmichelleee, thank you for the friend add. To answer your question - I don't cook garbanzo beans (a.k.a. chickpeas). I put them in my salads to add protein, I love hummus (a dip from veggies or pita bread using garbanzo beans, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic), or just eat by themselves.
