New to MFP looking for friends to support!

Hey there, just signed up for this account. Little bit about myself. I'm 23 from NH. I go to the gym 5 days a week along with being half way through my second month of insanity. I started close to 250 lbs and am now at 216 with a goal weight of 190 lbs. I'm open to many new friends and creating a support network

    Hi I'm from Australia. Like you I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and have been doing this for about 5-6 months and have lost 44lbs.
    I'll support you if you do the same :)
    I about 1/2 way to my goal.
  • At the gym I do different body parts each day! So chest, back, shoulders, arms and legs.

    Btw, I like the fact that you said you were looking for friends TO support. A lot of ppl here are of course seeking support but it's nice to see that you are prepared to give it too.
    I have a lot of friends but only a small circle that do take the time to like or comment. So it'd be nice to have another.
    Sadly, a few goid friends have dropped off the wagon .
