Hi everyone

I have been on here a while yo-yoing between different diets. However this time I am going to try this solely and see if the results are any better.

Looking for some new friends who can keep each other motivated and give support when needed :)

    I’m new too, I don’t follow any diet I just limit my calorie intake to 1400-1500 calorie / day and prepare my meals by myself, mostly fresh except slices of low fat turkey breast, cheese and yogurt that I buy ready … I drink almost 11-13 cups of water and not started any physical exercise as I’m working full time and mother of 2 toddlers.
    I joined here to find friends to start the journey with and motivate each other and correct me if I was following a wrong way of losing weight.
