30 DS, Ripped in 30.. what next?

Have completed the 30DS and am now on week 4 of RI30 (level 4 kicks my booty).

I have loved Jillian Michaels... and the high you get when you're left in a sweaty puddle after only 30mins. Any ideas or suggestions for next routine?

I know i could probably mix it up & do some stages of each but I like having a goal and following a set course. The 30min length is ideal for me also for fitting it into a packed schedule.... but aware other routines will likely be longer.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions...

Insanity is great. 45 min- hour workouts. If you are looking for shorter, try T25. Also, I've been doing Chalean extreme and love it. It concentrates on weight lifting. Great workouts!

My girl friend is having amazing results with the T25. But I love Jillian. I do her videos, then spend a month running my *kitten* off, and then come back to her. I always go back to her.

That's what I want to work up to… it's 42 minutes, broken into 7 6 minute circuits, maybe just do 5 circuits to keep it to your timeline?

Agree! I completed 30DS and got to week 3 of RI30 (I just couldn't take Jillian any more). I am really enjoying Insanity. Just a warning - if you thought you were working out with Jillian you were just warming up for Insanity. I can see why most people who haven't worked out then buy the DVDs because of the informercial promising results quit after day 2. It is tough, but if you have completed the other 2 you are ready!!
  • It's a little bit more of an investment in terms of cost, but I'm obsessed with Jillian's Body Revolution. Like you, I started with 30DS & loved it so much, but it got boring really quickly for me. Body Revolution has 15 different DVDs and comes with a set of resistance cords. I finished BR for the first time and immediately started it again. It's fun, difficult, leaves me feeling great, and because there are so many DVDs you are never bored because you're always moving on to something new. I've had wonderful results. If I remember correctly, it's around $100-120, but I think it's extremely worth it for all that it comes with.

Any Jari Love workout would be a good one. She's pretty hardcore as well and alot of reps with her dvds and all of her workouts are pretty much full body ones.

While there is a lot of ab focus, I think it works you all over. I love it! Really strengthens your back/chest/arms with all of the plank moves and definitely builds ab muscles! Great calorie burn, too!

I just LOVE Jillian Michaels DVD's and have a whole collection of them! You can do 6 Week 6 pack, which is actually also a complete full body workout and very also a lot of cardio! I also alternate between No More trouble zones, Ban fat boost metabolism and the different levels of Killer Abs and Killer Buns.

I just did Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed & Shred. That comes with 2 workouts, Level 1 & Level 2. I don't think it would keep you for a whole month tho.
