Been at this for one week now

Hello all, my name is Robert and I'm on loosing weight so that I can stay in the USAF and retire in 3.5 years. My dietition on base reccomended this website to me and is using it to monitor my eating habits so I can be helped along the way. My goal is to loose 50 lbs even though I will settle for 30 which will put me at 195. I got a good fitness leader working with me to get me into shape so hopefully come JAnuary 25th, 2011 I will pass my fitness test and not have to worry about having to try again in 90 more days. After that point I will be discharged from the USAF within 60 days from May 25th, 2011 if I don't pass. However since I started this 5 days ago I have lost 6 pounds and a half an inch off my waste.
