So i'm starting her 3 week program tomorrow, and i'm a little scared of doing it, but excited at the same time! Anyone else here done this program and if so, how were your results?

  • Hey! I actually started this on Monday! I'm hoping it will help me bust through the plateau I've been in and kind of reinvigorate me to lean out a little bit more. I've done one day each so far of the cardio and lifting programs, I do the cardio HIIT after my boot camp and it burns a ton of calories. The lifting circuit is pretty good too, it's zippy and keeps you moving. It ain't easy that's for sure.

    The diet has been the hardest for me, it's very very clean and since it's only 3 weeks I'm trying my hardest to be "by the book". I'm already used to doing big food preps and stuff so that hasn't been hard, it's more planning in any kind of variety.

    I'd love to hear how you like it! This is day 3 and I'm down 2 pounds (all water I'm sure, but just seeing the scale moving again is nice.)

    Is anyone still doing it?
    I have tried to start this program twice but somehow only manged to complete 1st wk of it . Since it is very effective and hardcore I'd love to start it again if anybody is up for it , let me know, add me.
    P.s. I'm highly inconsistent therefore need someone to keep me motivated esp. for this program :)
