Starting over, this time with friends

I am doing the same, lost 20 pounds a year ago, but didn't accept friend requests, gained back 10 of those pounds, now I'm back, making heaps of friends (in fact the OP is one of them that's how I found this post!) and I've already lost 6, just 4 more to go till I'm at the point I was when I quit, but I know I'm not going to quit this time cuz my inbox would be filled w/ heat!
