Hey everyone, I'm a huge newb and I'm not very consistent with a clean diet or exercise.
I know it's been said over and over, but I REALLY want to try this time! I want to change my relationship with food, and I want to stop eating crap after crap. I want to be able to run a 5k in 8 weeks. And I really think I can do it!

Oh, so my starting BMI is pretty average, but I want to change what I put in my body and maybe that will change how I look and feel, too!!

Welcome, and congratulations of starting again. I too, am not very strict, I eat fast food and enjoy my ice cream. Feel free to add me. I log daily and give encouragement and beg for motivation.

Hi, welcome. For your "running" check out the Couch to 5K programs. It'll help with the desired 5k.
Just log everything and you'll learn what you need to do in regards to calories. If you have a food scale or can get one, then weigh and measure everything.0
