Anyone have success taking this supplement?

    GCBE has been shown to lower blood pressure. That may or may not be a good thing depending on your physical condition. There isn't enough caffeine in them to give you the jitters or affect your sleep. While there is a few reports of weight loss, the only real loss is to your pocket book. If you choose to take them, be warned like all supplements there can be negative side effects and interactions.

    There absolutely no magical pills. Some might suppress your appetite but eventually you need to learn how to eat foods that do that. Caffeine has been proven to help some people increase their workout intensity (doesn't have an affect on me though). Just stick with high protein/fat foods and have moderate carbs. And make sure you eat foods that are nutrient dense so you can have enough energy.
