I've been using Special K for a quick protein power up (sometimes with greek yogurt to maximize protein intake).
It's cheaper though to buy protein powder and make your own shakes.0 -
I like About Time. I get it on Amazon for about $35-40 for 2 lbs. Lasts me a really long time, I love the protein:calorie ratio and it comes in plenty of yummy flavors.0

Never ever get soy protein!!
Whey is always what you want~
Soy produces estrogen which pack on fat!0 -
I use body fortress sold at walmart in the pharmacy. under $20 . it taste good and is 30 grams of protein a scoop. add a cup of milk and you add another 8 grams of protein. I also eat one Quest bar a day, its 20 grams of protein and about 160 calories. they are amazing.0

I get the stuff at Walmart. Tastes almost the same as the more expensive stuff (I actually like it better) and is much cheaper
**Plus the calories/protein/carbs are pretty much the same**0 -
I also drink Body Fortress, $15.99 at Walmart. Strawberry and chocolate are good, peanut butter-chocolate is awful.:noway: I haven't tried vanilla. One jug usually lasts about a month. Today I mixed half chocolate and half strawberry, so good!0

I have an open diary so..... I also use Body Fortress from Walmart for 16 bucks ... not the best taste but it has everything the big brands have for much less money0

I just use the grocery store brand (Stop & Shop). Vanilla Whey Protein tastes awesome - I sprinkle it on my cereal in the morning.0

I second this as well. Some of the cheapest you'll find. My walmart here in Canada about a month ago, had it on sale for $13.99.!! Can't beat that.0 -
Thanks everyone0
