Lost 20 pounds! and still going!

Hey ya'll. I have lost 20 pounds which did take me awhile because i wasn't consistent. I never really thought of myself as a success yet. Because I'm definitely not where I want to be. You can see my pics in my profile pic. I've been working really hard lately to lose the last little bit and get some abs!!...it's been so tough though!!!...but I want to inspire people to keep going even if it takes a long time...slow process IS STILL PROCESS!!!!!!....I have a long ways to go but I'm proud of myself for at least losing and maintaining this long. Now I have to kick my butt in gear again and lose the rest!

Great job!!!! I need to lose 25 lbs to be at my goal and its a daily struggle, I love to exercise, but I have a hard time being consistent on my eating. Keep up the good work and thanks for the motivation0

figured out how to apply pictures lol thats probably better!!!...and yes i exercise at least 30 min on my lunch break monday through friday then on saturdays i waitress so im constantly pretty much moving....I definitely need to do more exercising though!!0

monday wed and friday i do body weight strength training since I'm limited on what I can do. I do two sets of as many as I can which isn't much lol. But I do burpees..forward lunges...jump squats..tricep dips jumping jacks jog in place jump rope in place push ups donkey kicks and regular squats...my goal is to be able to do 3 sets of all that but for now i can only do 2. I am definitely sweating and out of breath by the end of it. and on tuesdays and thursdays i just walk outside for 30 to 40 minutes. I just try and do a little something on my lunch breaks everyday. Then i try and walk or do something when im off work. I also follow a low carb lifestyle. This works for me..it might now work for someone else. I follow the 80% 20% rule...im good 80% of the time and I indulge in what IM CRAVIING 20%...this is a lifestyle that be a lifetime so I wont deprive myself if im really craving it.!0

Awesome, thanks for your response. Working out on your lunch break is a great idea, I just started and I'm looking for workouts/circuits to do in about 30mins (need my other 15 to change etc). I will look up some of your exercises online...not sure how to donkey kicks thanks for the information ...great job - you are so inspiring!!!0
