heart rate monitor for swimming

Hi all!! I currently have the polar ft4 heart rate monitor and it is great for most things but gotta admit it sucks in the water, since I just took up swimming again any suggestions on a good hrm for in the water??

In for the responses. My polar Ft4 is ok in the water but the calories burned are sooo much lower than I would expect. Sometimes only 250 cals per hour!0

What I've noticed is when its really low calorie burn its probably because through out your swim the hrm loses connection for extended periods of time, when that happens it won't measure calories either0

I love my Polar Ft4 for swimming, but the strap it came with doesn't work well in the water - it seems to work fine for a minute or 2 and then stops. I use the plastic T31 strap (just google it) for swimming and that always works great.0
