What are some arm workout suggestions you guys have? I want to get rid of that "armpit fat" and tone my arms up a bit.

In my experience, good old fashioned push ups makes a world of a difference.
  • Hahaha, I seriously hate push ups! I can't do them for crap  Guess I'm going to have to start small!

Blend these arm exercises into a good workout program and they will help build mass. Unfortunately this program only shows the arm portions and doesn't expand into the other exercise routines.

If you need a complete routine:

Remember that these guys are trying to sell supplements. If you eat right, beginners and intermediate lifters do not need a lot of supplements. Just get a good multivitamin, Fish oil, Maybe Creatine if you want (I use bodybuilding.com micronized creatine. Like $15 for 200 doses) Don't spend a lot of $$$ on supplements. Most don't work as advertised.

Modified push ups work just fine. Work your way up and you will do great.

    Chin Up & Dips

    +1

Go wide on the chin ups if possible and you will build lats better as well. Remember to balance your upper and lower body workouts though. Don't want to end up top heavy or you will tip over. Hard to balance on tiny stick legs...

I like incline curls (biceps), hammer curls (brachialis, brachioradialis), french press (triceps), overhead press (anterior, lateral detoids, triceps), dumbbell rows (rear deltoids and general upper back).

You can't spot reduce fat. Continue decreasing BF% by eating at a reasonable deficit and following a whole-body strength training programme.
  • Woo! Okay! Thanks for all the input everyone!
  • Tricep kickbacks!

"Armpit fat" is just that and you can't rid yourself of it by doing direct exercises for the arms. You can condition the muscle underneath, but calorie deficit consistently over time will be what's needed. Even then, genetics, age and how much you have to lose may not get you the results you desire.
But basic exercise to work the triceps are pushups, tricep extensions, and kickbacks.
