Hi,
I was on the Scooby's Home page to find my TEE DEE, etc. I filled out the questions and put myself down as 'moderate' exercise. I brisk walk about 5-6 days/week at 3.0-3.5 mph, I also Nordic walk once in awhile. Do those two types of walking count as 'Moderate' exercises? Any thoughts?
Tak

I should also mention that these walks are between 30-80 min a time, depending on my time allowed on the day....tak0

I still don't know, lol. I walk 3 miles a day in average at 3.5 mph and do some weight lifting 3x a week and put myself between lightly active and moderately active. I've been losing a bit more than what it says, but not considerably so (but I tend to go over my calories some days, so it balances out I guess).0
