I've actually lost closer to 60 lbs (though I am now pregnant and gaining again!), but here's what about 30 lbs lost looked like on me (at 5'0"):

Wow! Can you share what exercises you did or if you followed any specific diet plan? My worst trouble spot is my belly. Yours looks great!

I am 5'10" and lost somewhere between 25 and 30 lbs. I started around 205 and got down to 175-180ish.

I have gone up and down 10 lbs since the weight loss (curse you, awesome cruise vacation food!!), but I am back to steady 180. GW is 165.

My laziness level is high now due to endless winter, but looking at success pictures always helps boot me back into gear! Best of luck to you!! Take pictures and measurements each month, it helps a lot to see the transformation and to watch the numbers decrease! You can do it!

This is 29-30lb loss. I am a little more that 5 feet tall. 160 to start and 130 after 6 months.

    Holy frijoles!!! Amazing!

That's unreal. I know it's because of your shorter stature, but that really looks more like 60 or so lbs lost than 35.

Love all of this!!! I'm on a plan to try and lose 35 lbs! I'm 5'0 and for the first time in my life saw the scale above 150!!! I'm still at 153 currently and working to get down to 120... I'm so impatient! Even though I know I shouldn't be... I guess I am one of those people who thinks that once I start eating right and exercising, I should see immediate results and get frustrated because it's not the reality of the situation. Seeing all of your results makes me motivated!!! I will lose this fat eventually!!!
