i am sure this question has been asked before but i couldnt find a thread that answered it.
i drink green tea (decaf usually) just on its own with no sweetener added. does this count towards my water intake or not? i do try and drink 2 litres a day of plain water too but usually i only make it to 1 litre

Yes. Pretty much all liquid does. Tea specifically is just water with flavor infused from leaves.0

I don't personally count my tea as water, but I also drink 64 oz+ basically everyday. Honestly, as long as you don't feel thirsty and your urine is basically clear, I don't think the exact number of 8 oz glasses of water counts nearly as much as "they" say.0
