Small success for me

I had been overweight for most of my adult life, so please understand how happy I am now that I am not. Last night while working out I went to the bench and loaded the bar. Not only did I bench my body weight, I benched my body weight plus 50 lbs for several reps. I need to get a spotter so I can increase the weight a little more, but what really hit me is I have never in my life been able to bench my body weight much less more than that. The small successes are meaningful. Keep up the work guys and dont quit.
