My Family Meal Plan Lite App?

I downloaded an app called My Family Meal Plan Lite and started the meal plan this week. So far I really like it. The meals are easy to prepare and are actually really good. It even has a shopping list for each week which I think will make the grocery store a little easier.
So anyway, I was just wondering if anyone else is using this app, and if so how do you like it and have you seen results.
